after the stress of the past couple weeks...
It's time to focus on ME more.
I don't do that enough.
Also, deleting the FB app off of my phone for awhile again. I hate Facebook most times. I usually end up seeing things I don't want to see and just feeling negative afterward.
Instagram for looking at mountains and yoga should be alright for awhile. But we shall see.

something to remember
I finally got to see my Brittany last night! Even though we are both feeling under the weather it's been far too long to not get together.
We went for sushi at Sushi Mori. Not my favorite place but it's right in the middle :)
She told me about her time away and how much fun her and Chris had. They are just the cutest couple ever. She shared a story with me about a guy they met that gave her some wisdom that I want to write down here so I remember it.
"Don't marry yourself to one idea of who you are" - Basically, we tend to believe we are one way. Saying things like "Well, that's just who I am." "That's me" "That's just how I do it" "Oh, I wouldn't be good at that." "Oh, I can't do something like that"
If you let yourself believe that you are only one way - how will you ever grow or turn into the person that your actually supposed to be. You'll also miss out on many opportunities in life.
The other I found so interesting. This guy asked Chris and Brittany how old they were but then immediately said "Don't tell me, I don't want to know" - So, obviously Brittany asked why. And he explained that whenever someone tells him their age, he sees them in a different way. Kind of like, 'oh, they're so young, they don't know what their talking about' or 'oh, they're a lot older, they must be right'. It completely changes the way you view a conversation. After their conversation was over, he told them he was 45. Brittany said she couldn't believe it, he looked 30 and she also said that if she had know he was 45 at the beginning - he was right - she would have viewed the whole encounter differently.
It was interesting to think about.
What I thought was so cool was that this random guy doesn't even know how his little conversation has made it all the way back to my blog.
I love little things like that.
