So, I've started running again. I used to run everyday back when I was about 20. I've been missing it so much.
Yesterday I took Kobe to the dyke in Glenn Valley and we ran the whole thing. There were only two other people far away from us so it felt like we were the only ones around.
I had my headphones in playing my favourite tunes which was a good distraction from the pain haha. I need to get my body used to running again, I used to be able to go forever but I gassed out a lot yesterday. I guess it just takes time.
The feeling I get from running is unlike anything else. I feel like I'm in my own little world where nothing can touch me and I can almost feel all my stresses from the day slowly fading and I always have a smile on my face.
Since it's going to be another amazing day I think I'll go for another run this afternoon!
